Pendant care
Can silver darken over time?
Yes, oxidation is a natural property of 925 sterling silver. It is a sign that the metal is alive and reacting to the environment and your skin. It can be easily cleaned with a specific cloth, or you can choose to let it age, turning every mark into a scar from your own story.
Can resin yellow?
We use the highest quality UV-stabilized resins, designed to maintain maximum transparency over the years. However, we recommend avoiding exposure of the jewelry to harsh chemical solvents or direct perfume.

What exactly is the Capsule?
The capsule is the technical heart of the jewel. It is a miniature cylinder made of Titanium and transparent Resin. Your parchment is sealed inside it. It is designed to be indestructible from the outside, yet accessible only through the act of "Breaking."
How is my message inserted?
During the ordering process, you will be asked to provide your message (a word, a date, or a short phrase). We will print it on a special high-resistance film, and it will be sealed inside the titanium capsule, the heart of the pendant.
Can I change the message inside after purchase?
No. Each piece is handcrafted and sealed in our workshops. The message is protected to remain intact and secret until the moment of the final choice. This immutability is what gives the soul of the object its value.
Broken pendant
Breaking the pendant is a deliberate and irreversible act. Once broken, you will be able to unroll the parchment and read the message. The pendant, as such, will no longer be wearable, and its fragments, along with the message, can be kept in the pouch included in the packaging.
Shipping and refunds
We entrust the care of our creations exclusively to DHL Express, selected to ensure maximum security. The moment your creation leaves our atelier, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey, which typically takes 1 to 3 business days from the date of departure.
